After the $25 payment, you'll need a digital device (computer, tablet, computer) that can allow downloads - files are included in PDF and Word formats. You may need Word or a similar program to access or download that file type.
Unfortunately due to the digital nature of these products, with immediate access, returns or exchanges aren't possible. However, if there is an issue with downloading or the formatting of the content, please let me know and we can troubleshoot!
